We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Physician Engagement to join our team of dedicated professionals in Atlantic Canada, under our The Snore Shop brand. The Snore Shop is the leading provider of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy services in Atlantic Canada. We were founded on a strong commitment to help those that suffer from sleep disordered breathing through all stages of their treatment journey. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Business Development at Resolute Health, the Manager, Physician Engagement will be accountable to build and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners, physician specialists and group practices to grow The Snore Shop’s business within Atlantic Canada. Your proven track record of success is a direct result of your patient centric approach to business development and ability to build long lasting, value-based relationships with referring physicians. You will become the ‘go-to’ person for physicians when they have patients who need assessment and treatment for OSA. You are self-motivated, proactive, and a skilled communicator and educator. This role will also work closely with our clinic operations team to provide a seamless, coordinated and consistently exceptional patient experience. An exceptional patient experience is how we provide value to physicians as a health care partner, and it begins with this role. We operate on a philosophy of continuous evaluation and improvement of our physician and patient service delivery models. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and actioning opportunities for improvement in these areas. As the ideal candidate you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a background in respiratory therapy or similar education and experience. You understand how patients and physicians navigate the health care system as it pertains to respiratory therapy and use these insights to build relationships within the medical community to promote the brand and grow the business. An exceptional communicator, you know the value of listening and can build relationships within the medical community based on your experience and understanding of respiratory therapy. You are self-driven to meet defined KPIs which will be focused equally on growth and stakeholder experience.
