Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Membership of

the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists

Notice is now given of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members of the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists 

Date:        Friday, May 14, 2010

Time:       11:00 to 12:30 hours

Location: Salon B-C-D, Delta Hotel, St. John’s, Newfoundland 

Objectives of 2010 Annual General Meeting:

  1. To receive, and if thought fit, to adopt the reports of the President, the Treasurer and the Auditor for the year ended December 31, 2009:

  2. To appoint auditors and to authorize the directors to fix remuneration;

  3. To conduct other business of the Society. 

Current Registered/Honourary Members of the Society, in good standing, are entitled to vote in person at the meeting or by appointment of proxy.   If you are unable to attend, you may complete a proxy form and return by mail or fax to the CSRT office by Friday, May 7, 2010.
